1.E‑posta ile silme talebi
Hesabını ve sunucudaki verilerini silmek için, uygulamada giriş yaptığın e‑posta adresinden abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com adresine “Hesap Silme Talebi” konulu bir e‑posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.
İpucu: E‑postaya hesabının e‑posta adresini yazman, talebi hızlandırır. Başka bilgi (şifre vb.) paylaşmana gerek yoktur.
2.Silinen veriler
Hesabın silindiğinde sunucudan kalıcı olarak kaldırılan veriler:
- Profil kaydın (
users/{uid}): e‑posta, ad, profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı, giriş yöntemi, bildirim (FCM) jetonları;
- Kimlik doğrulama hesabın (Firebase Authentication);
- Günlük kullanım sayaçların (
usage/...);
- Abonelik durum kaydın (
subscriptions/{uid}).
Ses kayıtların zaten sunucuda saklanmaz; yalnızca analiz anında işlenir.
3.Cihazındaki veriler
Okuma geçmişin cihazında yerel olarak tutulur. Bunu uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Geçmişi temizle ile veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsin.
4.Aboneliğini ayrıca iptal et
Hesabını silmek aboneliğini otomatik iptal etmez. Aktif bir Pro aboneliğin varsa, ücretlendirmenin durması için aboneliği mağaza hesabından iptal etmelisin:
- iPhone/iPad: Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler → Kuran Ezberle → İptal.
- Android: Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Kuran Ezberle → İptal.
5.Saklanabilecek veriler
Yasal yükümlülükler veya dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla, satın alma/işlem kayıtları ilgili mağaza (Apple/Google) ya da ödeme altyapısı (RevenueCat) tarafından kendi politikaları uyarınca bir süre tutulabilir. Bu kayıtlar bizim doğrudan kontrolümüzde değildir.

This page explains how to delete your “Kuran Ezberle: Tecvid Öğren” account and associated data, what is deleted, and what may be retained.
1.Request deletion by email
To delete your account and server‑side data, email abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request,” from the email address you use to sign in. After verifying your identity, we will complete your request within 30 days.
Tip: Including your account email speeds things up. You do not need to share any other information (such as your password).
2.Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from the server:
- Your profile record (
users/{uid}): email, name, profile photo URL, sign‑in method, push (FCM) tokens;
- Your authentication account (Firebase Authentication);
- Your daily usage counters (
usage/...);
- Your subscription status record (
subscriptions/{uid}).
Your voice recordings are not stored on the server in the first place; they are processed only at the moment of analysis.
3.Data on your device
Your recitation history is stored locally on your device. You can clear it in the app via Settings → Clear history, or by uninstalling the App.
4.Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it in your store account to stop billing:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Kuran Ezberle → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kuran Ezberle → Cancel.
5.Data that may be retained
For legal obligations or fraud prevention, purchase/transaction records may be retained for a period by the relevant store (Apple/Google) or the payments provider (RevenueCat) under their own policies. These records are not under our direct control.
